Standard shipping is $4.99. We offer free shipping on orders over $25.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, our website only ships within the United States. We recommend our international customers to visit our Amazon storefront, as international shipping is available. 

 

Can I make a return?

We can only accept returns for incorrect or defective items. Our policy of not accepting returns for piercing jewelry is primarily based on safety and hygiene concerns. Piercing jewelry cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination and compromised sterility.

We recommend double checking our sizing guide before making future purchases to ensure the perfect fit.

 

What happens if I receive wrong/defective products?

Please contact us at info@piercedowl.com with your order number and a picture of your packaging.

 

My tracking number hasn't been updated. 

If your tracking number has not been updated in 5-7 business days, we recommend first contacting support services through the carrier. We ship through USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics.

If they are unable to provide an update for you, contact us at info@piercedowl.com with your order number.

 

My package was delivered but I can't find it.

First, verify your shipping address was input correctly.

Next, check around your home or with your neighbors. It is common for the carrier to accidentally deliver mail to neighboring addresses. If you are unable to locate it, contact your carrier with the tracking number to investigate the lost shipment.
